So koko is right - y'all should be harassing VX. Explain to them why FT is a major player, and that they're idiots if they're not here in an official capacity, and that they need to help you spread the word about the cause. If VX really cares and is as savvy as you think they are, they'll show up and offer an official liason. And when they show up, I suspect you'll see at worst a 7-2 re-vote authorizing a new forum.
good point, and with the targeted online ad campaign VX has, i'm very surprised they didn't do an ad buy on FT. Like many trade publications/sites a big ad buy also gets you editorial. Maybe VX feels slighted they don't have a forum so no ad buy on FT? FWIW: I'll email VX and ask why no lurker.
