They stopped issuing paper vouchers last year. All those vouchers you get for oversold flights and mechanical delays are electronic. You got yours before the conversion last year so you are in the minority. There used to be like 8 city ticket offices but now only NYC is left. Your call if you want to use it or not to get the money. If you are traveling soon check the night before your flights for a reservation for your new travel dates. Call reservations and book what you want and the next day redeem it when you check in. Problem solved.
