If you're not married to Hilton, there's a Sheraton in Tarrytown (not really in Tarrytown). It's located down the road from the Marriott. Also, there's a Marriott and a Courtyard by Marriott all within a few minutes of Tarrytown. Crowne Plaza in White Plains.
Ritz Carlton is open in downtown White Plains now as well:

Also a Marriott Renaissance just off I-287 midway between Rye and White Plains.
Total distance from the Long Island Sound side of Westchester (Rye) to the Hudson side (Tarrytown) is slightly more than 10 miles. Problem is that the one major east-west corridor, I-287, is undergoing major renovation and just tends to back up a lot anyway. So if you're driving outside commuting hours, you should be OK and that will give you a lot of options.
