BizBB, I can't remember when the promotion was on the Absolute, but ironically it was the Johhny Walker promoter girl that told me about it.
The Johnny Walker promotion was about six months and it was at the exit duty free after immigration, before customs.
This duty free always in Beirut has some crazy deals. I highly recommend it.
