If a TSAer wants to do what? Fill out the form that they tell us we have to fill out? I guess I have it good at my airport, cuz we don't have to fill in names on our forms for SSSS. So there really isn't an issue here, but if we were told to fill in names, I wouldn't be doing it because I want to.

I will give people my name and badge number if they want it. I have done so on many occasions. Often, as the supervisor on duty, I will just give them my name if they want to fill out a complaint form. They don't necessarily need the screeners name, because I will be named and accountable. The deal with people (screeners, supes) not wanting to give out names to PAX is just stupid. I mean, we ALL wear badges, if they wanted us to be anonymous they would require us NOT to wear badges.

Anyway, sure...
Lean over as close as you can, in the same fashion as they are, and on your own paper and pen, write down their name and badge number. Read it to yourself out loud so they know what you're doing. Then ask them for the name of their FSD (Federal Security Director).

Usually gets their attention and takes things to a new level.
But what effect do you think this will have? **shrugs shoulders** Call the FSD, tell them whatever...if I am doing my job (as they tell me to) I don' care who you call. The threat to call the FSD is only threatening to a screener when they are out of line...and they KNOW when they are out of line!
