For example, I have 30,000 total banked miles and 10,000 EQM this year. So if I apply 25,000 miles for Coach Class of PerkSaver, I will have 5,000 remaining total banked miles.

However what happens to EQM for this year? Can I still have 10,000 EQM so that I just need 15,000 more miles to be an elite member? Or will it disappear so that I re-start from 0 EQM to be an elite member?
