If you want CO miles, OK has some decent fares out of CDG and AZ has some out of Germany (you can take the train fairly cheaply) but right now there is no availability.

I'm seeing some current availablility in *A for prices similar to what you listed, I didn't look at the fare class, but assume they earn miles on US and UA.

You might wait a while to see if availability opens up on OK. Its the PRG-TLV leg that doesn't have the lower fare classes open.
