I am a first time poster and have searched this forum about MP comps but haven't found an answer to this one. I am a 1P who has 41K miles ytd. I plan on reaching 95K miles this year all of it done on C class travel Asia-US. Since UA doesn't give Class of Service bonus as status miles I won't reach 1K w/o mileage run which I will not do. What chance do I have if I ask UA now to grant me 1K if I reach 90K or 95K or should I just fly NW and get platinum to go along with UA 1P?
