Obviously the OP's county ID is easier to use b/c it is more accessible. The TSA/Airlines want a gov't issued photo id. Then they say they really mean DL/ID or passport. Then they say passport not valid for domestic travel.
I'm a sellout and now have a NC DL, but I think I will rebel in May anyway and just refuse to present ID.
My DL is usually in the ID holder part of my wallet in my purse in my backpack. It will save me about a whole minute of unpacking and repacking to not show it. figuring i go through security at least twice a week that is almost 2 hours I'll save myself a year.
