The new Crowne Plaza attached to T3 at Changi is the best bet, it should be opening shortly, though depending on how soon you go there it might not be open quite yet - check http://www.viral-life.com/crowne-pla...ngi/index.html for more details - they might have a soft opening period ahead of bookings being taken through the general website.

Apart from that, it's probably worthwhile heading into the city if you can get a decent rate at a hotel there - the time and cost difference for a taxi would be minimal compared to heading to Changi Village. In the past its been about SG$20 for me to head into the city at night, with the new surcharges that might be closer to SG$30 - on the way back it will be cheaper though.
