Transiting LA to DL at GRU without a visa was no problem. The CRC cannot print out BPs, so you have to wait until GAs appear (about 2hrs prior to flight) to get copies of your BPs. I had a printed copy of my J itinerary, and the agent at the CRC let me into the lounge and let me know once the gate was staffed.
