You are now in the driver seat. Basically, they will have to accept any reasonable request on your part. Even cancellation with full refund.
So, my recommendation would be: first, do your homework. Find what you really would like, as far as schedules, routing etc. Then you call them, tell them that the way they rescheduled does not work for you. They will talk about looking for other options. Then when you find it's a good time to bring up what you would like, you do.
