Is the Alaska Air 737-700 seat configuration same as Continental's

I am booked on an Alaska Air flight from SEA to EWR in FC. I checked seatguru's seat chart and they only show the 737-700 seating chart for Continental. It claims seat 1a/c are the best even though it is the bulkhead. Can I assume that Alaska's configuration is the same for this plane model # or should I go for the old standby of row 2?
