The separate check-in is a good benefit, but as others have said on here, if the new system doesn't get everyone (in Y and J) through check-in quickly as promised, then it won't be long before they are forced to introduce a separate J check-in.

At LGW there is sometimes a wait at the Club desks and hardly ever at the F desk. But on days when they are short of staff and it really matters, I wonder how much better the F check-in is. On the two occasions when I've had to wait an hour at the CW check-in at T4, the F queue has been snaking out into the main part of the terminal (i.e. next to the CW check-in) and moving very slowly indeed.
