What about schmucks who have luggage? What about grandma who only travels once a year? What about people traveling internationally?

I've run into plenty of morning flights out of SEA with huge lines at the gate. The best part is with 40 people still in line, one of the two people working the podium leaves to work the door and board the plane. RCC membership is the only thing that has saved me many times.

You'd think the airline would be busting a hump to get kiosks deployed systemwide. What are they up to now--8 airports?
