I believe entrance to the British Museum is still free

Regarding the free bus, since the poster is on his/her first trip to London (possibly abroad) it may be easier to use the Hoppa. I dont think the London Transport buses actually stop infront of the Sheraton Heathrow; landing in a foreign airport for the first time and trying to locate the hotel on a public bus is not going to be easy ....
