I've always enjoyed Los Vascos, owned by Domaines Barons de Rothschild-Lafite (same as the 1st growth Bordeaux). My local wine shop usually stocks a ton of this stuff for $6.99/bottle or 3/$15. An entire case is $60 and the QPR is pretty good.
