C class miles for an op-up?
I was op-upped last year after missing a connection due to delays and got 200% miles credited.

This week I got an op-up (yey!) and they credited at Y rates. I had a chat with Schengen FB and got the "it is not possible" line.

Should I pursue it? Or was I just lucky last time?
