I had a GREAT experience at OAK the other day. I was running late for my flight (really late as in my DL flight was leaving at 1pm and I arrived at the offsite Avis location at 12:40pm)

As I was approaching the location I called the AVIS station and the manager has a driver waiting for me who drove me in my rental to the terminal.

I made my flight, but wouldn't have if it wasn't for the manager! How can I send a note to AVIS upper management to tell them how they really do try harder
