There are really only three LUXURY hotels in NYC:

St. Regis
Four Seasons
Peninsula

Each has it's merits, I have stayed at them all.

Personally, I would pick the St. Regis, but that's because I love the Old King Cole bar.

If the Four Seasons will put you on an upper floor, you can't beat their views.

Never had a Rolls or a Maybach, I always have Valentino take care of my limo needs in NYC.
