I am also looking for a suite in NYC for 3 nights. Well, I can choose from all expedia.com hotels, because I have a few vouchers.
Available hotels are:

1.) Peninsula Suite
2.) Mandarin Oriental Central Park View Suite
3.) Suites at Ritz Carlton Hotels
4.) Edwardian Suite at the new "Plaza"
5.) The Palace: Towers Corner One Bedroom Suite
6.) St. Regis Suite
7.) W Hotel Suites

Which suite has the best value. I want: best location (views), best (biggest) room, chaffeur driven service (Royce Rolls or Maybach).

I am also top tier member of many hotel programs. So do I get ie. upgrades at the Plaza, because it is a fairmont hotel or at the Starwood properties?

So whats the best choice?
