Another vote for Bartley's here. :-:

I also had a great burger experience at an Irish Pub near Downtown Crossing, somewhere around Washington / Summer / Winter streets if I remember correctly... does that ring a bell with anyone ? It was apparently a favorite of local Boston Police officers.
