I can think of two longshots.

1) Balance transfer the one balance to the other (and get credit for it). Typically, you don't get spending credit for BT's.

2) Buy something large on the HH card, then return it and credit the return to your SPG card. Again, very hard to do unless you find a very cooperative retailer.
