Is this true, or another made up rule by the Plat. desk staff or just another benefit of USAir? I got the voucher due to poor customer service so maybe its their way of being consistent! The only reason I use USAir these days is to finish up using the $3000 worth of vouchers received last year for their excellent service! Off to DL already a GOLD with 100% success in upgrades and lower fares! (the connections are worth it!)
Any help is appreciated!
Yes that's correct. If you use a voucher to buy a ticket, the voucher has then been used, and has no further value. By not flying, you have forfeited the voucher. It's normal practice, operated by most US based carriers.
