You should be eligible for the amount you paid in cash. For example, if you had a $300.00 voucher and added $200.00 in cash to it to purchase a $500.00 ticket, the price of the ticket is worth $200.00 if you cancel. Then you would have the $100.00 change fee (if it was domestic) if you decided to use the remaining $200.00 towards the price of a future ticket.
