SFO-NGO is without a doubt the easiest flight to upgrade to C or F of any transpac flights. SFO-KIX is almost as easy. They consistently have award seats available and usually depart with empty C or F seats.
The chance for an op-up on these flights is almost non-existant.

That matches my (limited) experience. Upgrades for cash are likely to be available, comp-ups or op-ups are extremely unlikely.
