I used $300 of travel vouchers for a ticket along with cash to buy a ticket that I had to cancel. I am now told that the value of the vouchers is now zero since I had already used them to buy a ticket although I never flew the flight.

Is this true, or another made up rule by the Plat. desk staff or just another benefit of USAir? I got the voucher due to poor customer service so maybe its their way of being consistent! The only reason I use USAir these days is to finish up using the $3000 worth of vouchers received last year for their excellent service! Off to DL already a GOLD with 100% success in upgrades and lower fares! (the connections are worth it!)
