Flew SQ2 220 recently with a friend and - based on advice here - chose one of the UD pairs - 76H/K.. We both thought the seats were very good for Y.. and (first time on SQ) were VERY impressed with the service.

Some clever thought has gone into the seats IMO... little things sure.. but helpful... like the fold out cup holder... so you don't need the tray table out just to hold a drink... and the reasonably useful foot rest....

The UD exit row seats look great! One was still open when we checked in (!) and I would have grabbed it if I'd been travelling alone.. especially after seeing it!

As it turned out there were only 180 pax on our flight (on a Monday)... whole banks of centre 4's were empty... so we had our seats.. and our "berths" as well... ^

ALL of my previous long haul travel has been overnight... but SQ made this longish day flight quite enjoyable... good IFE... two meals to help pass the time...
