FRA because of Rhein Main and the cold war history really are the causes for the large early growth. I wouldn't be suprised to see the new Berlin Airport to really grow quickly when its done.

They're renovating Tempelhof to be the new international airport? That's kind of strange, IMO Tempelhof is pretty hemmed in (little or no land to expand). I would think Schonefeld (in the old East Berlin side) might be a better candidate for expansion...
