Correct, there has been no dynamic deployment at all.
I believe this was done not to cause too much havoc in the crew planning, amongst other reasons that are a bit doubtful IMHO.
Please note that there are more stations in the KLM network that are performing not quite up to their full potential, so to speak. GRU is one example.
