I have stayed at the MEL Hilton a few times and I have always found it cheaper than the Hilton in the city. Looking at prices in April the MEL Hilton is half the price of the Hilton on the Park which in my opinion is a dreadful hotel.

As Diamonds we have always been upgraded to one of the suites at MEL and provided with lots of goodies. My last stay at the Hilton on the Park was awful.
