If you fly into DTW on CO you will arrive in Concourse B and there is a nice club near the tunnel to concourse A where your flight to Paris will depart from. I would recommend the main club in the middle of concourse A. It does have a smoking room (pretty nasty) if you are so inclined. As for food, National Coney Island near gate 40 is great. kinda greasy but good food.
