Poor service and very poor housekeeping (my suite bedroom had dried urine smell). Had to argue for a suite at check-in despite being given the assurance over the phone earlier (they dont seem to understand what honouring ones word is all about)

Only improvement so far is the new all-day dining restaurant where you can opt to have your breakfast. Now fully non-smoking and the selection of asian food is amazing. And the exec lounge is now also completely non-smoking ^

Room rates have gone up quite a bit here. Honestly I wouldnt stay here if not for the LM promo, the Imperial Hotel (LC) is much nicer and in a more centralised location.
