Dear Matt, Thanks for taking the time to give me the two address. I greatly appreciate it.
I did sent a copy of my email to those two addresses with a note of explanation. I did get a response.

I got a response explaining that I would earn points for my stay and how many points. But wait!

That was not my question. I never asked about the points but wanted to know that I had series of issues during my stay, I sent a note to the manager, and he did not bothered to respond. Well, I do not think that is how Hyatt operates.

Well, saga continues.

If anyone else can shed some light on this, I would be most obliged.
