When I go to Europe inevitably I get a work-related message that requires me to book some travel. Sometimes travel in the US and sometimes international. I use cafe browsers or a friend's browser and I get behavior as if I were sitting at home. So I can't imagine that the IP address would be the determining factor.

But now I am he!! bent on finding out how the currency is determined. Thanks Denmark.... I won't be able to sleep tonight!
