The one issue I have with it is that the little rubber "strip" that fits on the earclip is kind of weird - loose, does not stay tight, etc. However, that is a minor inconvienence given how well the unit works, and I have been on day-long airport treks, and never once has the unit gone completely discharged. In fact, the only time that I discharged the battery was when I forgot the charger and used it 3 days! ^
I also use mine while driving at highway speeds in my convertible and while it is not perfect, I can hear and be heard. None of the others allowed that. As to the comfort, I have been stopped several times at the Airport Security and told to remove the headset - I did not realize I even had it on!
