Highflyah, I'm doing a RTW in October. When my last 2 segments from this month's RTW post, I'll be UA Premier, so I'd get E+ on UA. That's why I'd try and use UA as much as possible (as well as 25% bonus). I'll so MEL-SYD-SFO-JFK. From JFK to return home, bypassing LHR, means I'd have to go to either IAD or ORD (i think JFK-ORD-Europe would be too many miles so I'm left with IAD). I'm trying to make my arrival connect to SQ Europe-SIN-MEL. was in FRA twice this month, and I think CDG or ZRH both sound nice and have availability. Only I want to get there on UA for E+ (which means going to MXP, DUS, MUC or BRU if i want to be on a 767, or finding another route on the 777 that would definitely have E+.
