why is it if a CC company isnt willing to go along with whatever a person wants then theres a new thread telling us why it Stinks.

OK Cap1 was never my favorite and it has no idea what CS is about, then that could be said about all the others except Amex.

I still call it Crap1 but to be honest with their No Forex Fees and constantly sending me Personal Checks that carries no fees what so ever or %, so I use it to pay off my other CCs as my $$ brings me back 10% (private deals), Im beginning to call it Cap1.

About the only thing Id like them to do is set up their online payments where I can go in and schedule it for when I want it to be paid. Right now I can only pay it then and there, makes it hard when traveling.
