"Schedule Change"

I made the mistake of booking an upcoming trip on AC through Travelocity. The originally booked outbound flight was YYZ-LHR-CPH, with the LHR-CPH leg on SAS metal. There has been a schedule change at SAS which reduced my connection time in LHR to less than an hour, consequently Travelocity asked me to contact them or AC. I called Travelocity.

I was told that the new connection time is too short (which it is) and that my only option is to have a longer connection in LHR which gets me into CPH later than I would prefer. I asked to have the travel canceled so I could rebook better times with another carrier, and so the agent put me on hold while he called AC to see if it's possible to cancel.

He returned to indicate that it's not possible because the new flight will get me into CPH within 2 hours of the originally scheduled arrival time. (It's exactly 120 minutes later.) I asked to see confirmation that the 2 hour cutoff is "the rule" that applies in cases like this, but the Travelocity agent told me that I'll have to call AC for that because, and I quote, "Travelocity is not a travel agent, we are only a booking agent." Whatever. It's not the first time I've heard that, but it really bugs me every time I do, and I really mean it this time when I say it's THE LAST TIME I book through Travelocity. Grr. </end rant>

Anyway, my question is this: When AC changes my itinerary (in this case because of a change in SAS's schedule), how big does the change have to be for me to have the right to cancel the booking? Can anyone point me to the rules?

Thanks in advance.
