I have a Plantronics M2500. My problem is that I don't use it enough and frequently it is out of battery. The pairing of Treo650 is also very problematic.

I have in car BT kits such as Nokia CK-1A, Sony/Ericsson HCB-30 and Parrot DriveBlue. I think the Nokia is the best and Parrot the worst.
