I believe you are entitled to the miles and tier points you would have earnt on the original MFU - remember you only get the miles/tier points for the cabin paid for and not the cabin MFU's into.
It has happened to me twice (and others on the board many times) where a BA cancel and re book has not credited. Just call BAEC and they will sort it out, normally they say 7 business days.
