I was one of the unlucky folks being rerouted during the recent stormy weather, flying MXP-LHR in CE as the first leg of an MFU'd ticket: I've been understanding and willing to fly the morning after.

Tonight I checked my EC statement and, much to my dismay, I found out that the flight is showing up in my account, but with zero miles and tier points. So, cancellation, delays, inconveniences and no miles: I'd call that insult to injury. As this is my first MFU, I might be missing something, but I thought I would have been entitled to, at least, ET mileage and tier points. Am I wrong?
