Sadly no. It seems completely bizarre to me (and my wife). I've already e-mailed AC, gotten a reply (and apology) and the offer for the $150 add on (which is all that was desired to begin with)
No explanation of why the add-on was refused. Explanation of why the card was taken was because my wife was in possession of the card (and my state ID and ExPlat Card so she could do the spouse add on) and the AC e-mail indicated that she cannot be in possession of the card. Though its now being mailed back to me. (I just figured that the AC would want to see my card/ID to add her) No explanation of the statement about a history of trying to gain access to AC's.
This makes little sense to me .
