As well as all the usual stuff, I like airports where shops meet demand. Classic example of getting it wrong include Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, where the endless designer outlets sit mostly empty whilst the solitary WH Smith or World News has queues snaking half-way round the store at peak times. I know chewing gum and bottles of water don't make the operator a lot of money, but it'd be nice if the retail real-estate could be adjusted just slightly to accommodate what (most) people want.
