True as far as the tire blowing is concerned.
However, that they rerouted to YYZ rather than do what I would think used to be the usual thing, i.e. to continue to destination, is kind of interesting. Seems it's cheaper for AC to do this even if they then have to deal with all the costs associated with reaccommodating the passengers.
