No, you cannot. And that's the problem which voids the warranty. You'll be able to restore to factory setting,
BUT that will not include bootloader. So you'll have 1.1.4 firmware with bootloader 3.9 which Apple never shipped.
I'm not saying Ziphone is bad (actually I used Ziphone to unlock and jailbreak my iPhone and it is a great software), but when one unlocks using Ziphone, (s)he must know the risk.
