Interesting article.

The main issues, which I like in an airport, are, plenty of space even when busy especially at check-in. I hate the endless manoeuvrings of a loaded trolley round and round those taped barriers, as I always seem to choose a trolley with dodgy wheels.
Fast and hassle free security and immigration if there is such a thing.
Not really too bothered with shops as they are always a rip off anyway, a self-service café instead of a restaurant does me. Spacious baggage reclaim, fed up trying to barge my way through people trying to get to my luggage.

Cheap and fast access to/from the airport/city by public transport.
