Maybe I got lucky but when I was in Hong Kong this past summer I stayed at the Ramada Hong Kong in a massive suite for $40 USD. I just checked my e-mail records I booked it on ratestogo.com it currently lists the rate for the Ramada as $80 USD but considering its 220 USD on ramada.com I would recommend checking out that site for other hotels. Looks like they regularly have hotels in HK for 1/3 the normal price.
