Somebody in UA revenue mgmt. told me that bookings are nil for 9/11. I told the person that United should offer some kind of sale with a patriotic theme (i.e., "fly to thumb your nose at the terrorists" or "America won't be afraid"). The person said that that wouldn't be happening.
