To the Marriott Concierge Team: Hotel violating Marriott's rules on government rates

I checked for goverment rates for the East Lansing Marriott at University Place for March 12. The government rate showed available as follows: "Government rate $139. Government ID required. Federal/military only." Clicking on "rate rules" the following comes up: "U.S. goverment per diem rate". The actual federal per diem for Lansing/East Lansing is $78.

This is a clear violation of Marriott's policy on government per diem rates. Is there a particular place at Marriott to contact about this? (I've already made reservations elsewhere, but am concerned that the property apparently feels free to do this in violation of Marriott's own policies.)
